Adding Swarmia to a Microsoft Teams channel

Swarmia's team notifications are a great way to stay up to date with all that needs your team's attention on a day-to-day basis.

If your team has a public channel, you should be able to choose it in Swarmia notification settings. If your channel is missing for some reason, follow the instructions below.

Step 1. Invite the Swarmia app to your channel

Go to the channel you wish to add Swarmia to and mention @swarmia.

Step 2. Refresh the team notifications page

You should be able to see your channel in the list now.

(Optional) Step 3. Reinstall the Swarmia app in Microsoft Teams

If mentioning your app in the correct channel does not achieve the desired effect you can try removing and reinstalling the Swarmia Microsoft Teams app. Please refer to Microsoft Learn to find out how best to remove an app from your organization, and once the app has been successfully removed you can find more information on how to install it in the Swarmia app or in other articles in the Help Center.
