Why does my deployment have no change lead time, time to deploy, or linked PRs?

We calculate deployment metrics based on their associated pull requests. If a deployment has no associated pull request, we cannot calculate its change lead time or time to deploy. This typically occurs for API deployments when the specified commitSha is not a merge commit. You can find more information about merge commits on GitHub.
